Removed a few weaker perks for more competitive options.

Preservation at CPL has been replaced with Ghostwalker.

Close Combat Specialist at CPL has been replaced with Shotgun Finesse. Shotgun Finesse in the T3 Xcom Deck has been replaced with Hunter's Instincts.

Reposition at SSGT has been replaced with Double Time.
