-Implemented Nescius' string table overflow fix to hopefully prevent potential crashing

-Removed script from global scope to prevent potential conflicts
-Added addoninfo.txt

-Scuff sounds no longer play when jumping in puddles/bodies of water, instead, an appropriate water "slosh" sound will play

-Scuff sounds now also play when you slip off a ledge

-Made it so that Special Infected make scuff sounds when jumping too
