fixed a box being spawned when nothing is packed

oh boy its that day one thing where i get a hundred ideas all spaced out and end up with 20 patch notes

fixed gibs not being affected by the attacks force
made stuff being unpacked take the velocity of the box

fixed weird multiplayer stuff
bettered position calculations

packed npcs will shake around their box
