- fixed an incompatibility with Mixu's Legendary Lords. Skaelings will now correctly use Mixu's custom military group. Only downside is that my custom Skaeling skins are not visible anymore when using Mixu's LL

- fixed RoR's being unlocked from the start (for real this time)
