- Added a script so that scrap upgrade cost for Torinubar would show proper color depending on the player's pooled resource amount


PS All the latest update since the Khuresh update is script and won't cause a save file break.
It's either your other mods, or you didn't know the recent IEE's patch broke the save, and didn't use the previous one you can get from the IEE mod page

- Changed the province mercenary dog adding script to have WoC subculture, instead of faction requirement.
- This is due to province can only have one main unit mecenary via script rule, hence Aelfric and Engra can't have access to those together if faction restriction is set
- AI WoC might be able to recruit more dogs, but I think the damage is minimal even if that's the case

(You have to start a new campaign to take this effect)
