Added CBRN Specialists for all factions and a few other things.

Commonwealth of Lusora's Heavy Gunner now uses an SPMG and they have Pickup (MMG)s and MBT-52 Kuma tanks available now.

Kharlad now has access to Shikra jets and Angara tanks.

Svetlavia's Bugsuit Lads that wore vests now use a better one that matches their uniform more and now they have their squad compositions made, must've forgotten before

Kharlad Rangers have been remade, they look much better now.
