Add Vanilla Chemfuel Expanded - Unofficial Expansion to a list of incompatibilities.

Allow to set the individual weight of both deepchem and chemfuel.

Fix an issue where pressing the “Alternative” button wouldn’t update the time to refine to its correct value.
