=Rebalanced the whole system, overall diffculty lowered.
=Added new unique assasination mission, it only spawns on abandoned outposts in 4th and 5th biome
=Added a maintainer to Outpost missions to help with big Outpost layout constantly being blacked out

=All overrided (so far) clothes require to be held, can not go into your hotbar, same applies to outwear like body armor and safety harness (waiting for feedback, heehee)
=Added White Phosphorus Revolver Rounds - no recipe required, not many crafted at once, low penetration, low gunshot and bleed damage, apply White Phosphorus to the target
=Lowered fire rate for Alien Pistol, made it require skill for fire rate and increased required skill (40 -> 50)
=Alien Pistol, Alien Scooter and Ancient Weapon are purchasable later in the campaign, only on research stations.

=More Heavily armored bandits with revolver now may carry some White Phosphorus Revolver Rounds. [requires Retalented]
=New variant for each Normal and Heavy Bandit Leaders, each with a revolver; Heavy variant has a load of White Phosphorus Revolver Rounds to spare for you :) [requires Retalented]
