Fixed the Shopkeepers in Stickton, the Hive Village south from The Hub. They wouldn't talk to anyone because of the latest UWE update.

One hard to see building in Drifter's Last

- Removed the broken stairs in The Hub
- Moved a wind generator in Squin
- Moved several overlapping buildings in Blister Hill
- Removed a disconnected staircase in Heft

There's an upper section to this version of Squin I overlooked. One building deleted and one building moved to make it accessible
