made metal texture accurate again
made glass follow the same overlaying style as the other ones instead of additive

fixed decals repeating

Made decals appear less ugly (may cause issues with lighting, i cant really fix that because of the engine being fucky wucky)
Fixed up metal texture to look better (it isn't really accurate to tarkov now but i dont think anyone gives a shit)
