- fixed Seeker's Spyglass spamming numbers in chat . . . yeah, this was long overdue

- Enchanted dartcaster crash should be fixed now
- Also nerfed it for good measure

1. nerfed rosemary & thyme, if it requires further balancing please lmk
2. made darts not drift towards the left
3. made gigakraken actually craftable
4. nerfed seeker's spyglass, weakpoints can only trigger after a cooldown of 0.75 seconds now

- 1 copper bar now crafts 100 darts
- Darts can now be purchased from the Witch Doctor

- Fixed an issue which made all projectile's damage scale by distance
