Reworked the colours to not highlight when checking PBR validation using mat_fullbright 10. This should work as of 16/03/2025.
Removed Welds on silencer.
As the high saturation was not acceptable under PBR, I've made the roughness shinier to compensate for the reduced salience.
Various other minor tweaks/fixes.

Reuploaded due to PBR Validation issues at Battlescarred Wear states. Worn Patina and Grime Tint has been increased in luminosity and reduced in saturdation which sadly makes the wear states less distinguishable.
