Card Changes:
Niko's Card "Vibration Compression" made to be exclusive to him only
Can't nuke the game if you're forced to use Niko, right?

Card Art: Drawing Breath has been patched, it will now display correctly.

Added the following missing card arts to their necessary cards:
Quaker Shaker
Drawing Breath
Firing Decay Ampule
Administering Decay Ampule

Bug Fixes:
Shrenne's "Helping Hand" passive works now
AI will now actually be smart with their Tremor Burst Cards
Fixed "Drawing Breath"s card that was a block dice but was being read as an offense card

Improved the following cards' Card Art:
Do Not Enter
