Forgot the minotaurs for the SFO tomb king cap building!

Added some of the Dread King units to normal Tomb King caps.

The reasons:
So the submod is better compatible with land mark mods and will work with some of the new buildings added by SFO.
I could in theroy go through and add in unique caps to every building from every mod and base game, but that would be a ton of work. It would also fill up your screen with texts. Instead I just tied the caps to equivalent units.

Arkhan and the Dread King no longer hate each other but can work towards becoming BFFs if you are into that kind of thing. Thank Francochi for finding this bug.
