Made up/found some Russian city names to Alaska, added Indigenous city names to California, Oregon, British Columbia, and Washington. I tried to make the Russian names make sense, but I don't speak Russian, if you speak Russian or have better ideas for names please correct me if necessary.

Finished Central America cities, also replaced some South American cities

Replaced a bunch of Mexican city names

Should include updated state names for all states, aside from those that already had indigenous names or are otherwise named after an indigenous nation/group. Let me know if I missed any, or if you have any better names. Cities still in the works.
