Removed the oil rig, moved the aircraft carrier to west, as sometime stratolances from the air defence base were hitting it while trying to defend. Reworked BDF coutner attacks to hopefully reduce lag.

Slightly increased spawns of BDF Revokers. Fixed placement of BDF city vehicle depot.

Reduced overall BDF defences slightly. Built new AA sites on the border. Reduced SPAAG. Changed spawn timings for BDF units.
