Corrected many broken objectives and bugs

Added a BDF oil rig near the north base.

Now, if you inflict enough damage to the BDF, the city commander will defect and provide a FOB, a convoy, and city defences.

Added various IR SAM sites for the BDF. Changed objective naming.

Big performance / scripting update. Delated spawn of the entire north BDF base until after several key objectives have been completed. Should stop it from being destroyed before the story gets to that point. Moved factories and changed produciton times.

Moved navy base AA around to better protect it.

Added more units to PALA landing, fixed typos
