Reduced Darkread production for BDF, added base near Agrapol with some R9s that can be lifted by logisitcally inclined users. Fixed guard towers near Sandrift being neutral. Changed mercs loadouts.

Removed some ground units (IR SAMs) due to recent buff of S2s. Removed some additional irrelevant ground units to optimize performance (where possible).

Significantly buffed North Boscali Airbase defences with CRAM and Laser CIWS. To help encourage utilizing the secondary objective to bypass it. Added ammo bunkers to the final objective (replaced hangars), as well as minor buffs to final objective defence.
