Re-added the capturable beached BDF carrier. If you wait too long, the BDF will get in working again, but if you take out the recovery crews, you can take it for yourself!

Moved units that spawn at edge of map much further from land (due to new placement limits). Changed R9 battery at Agrapol to Boltstrikes, you will need to capture the island if you want an R9. Changed unit placement, misc changes.
