- Sword of the Morning legend seed for House Dayne (Sword of the Morning requirement similar to how Dawn works in the base mod)

- Fixed up some code and localization
- Added Rains of Castamere Legends seed for House Lannister complete with custom Loc describing the events and significance of the song. This legend will provide modifiers to hostile scheme resistance, dread, and county control.
(By default this legends seed is available to House Lannister in the Robert's Rebellion and Crowned Stag bookmarks. In the Ninepenny Kings bookmark this legend seed will be earned through the completion of the Reyne/Tarbeck rebellion event chain.)
