Deployment of Military Police for Anti-Partisan Operations (see tutorial #44);
Moved Settings Menu (see tutorial #17);
Modified Battle System regarding Duration-Flags-Score (see tutorial #18);
Fixed bugs reported by the client system;

Updated the Noresus Mod (check that it is 1.77.2.0).

Fixed bug on New Battalions (in HQ);
Fixed bug on Custom Battalions;
Improved Paratrooper Bn in NC;
Now against Partisans on the map there will be only AI Infantry.
Fixed some minor bugs.
