Added PHX slider model
Added both PHX and RSG single axle version too

Nvm, i'll fix it asap (i really want to work in the other gauges but i need to make this slider perfect to be regauged)

Last model fix for now, clipping glitch and extreme jumps on certain S curves and banked was parcially fixed, it can be better but imma take a break from the testings (more than 35 different models were tested to get to here oof)

I hope this is the "last" model improvement, flanges have been shortened in lenght for fixing some jumps errors at some sharp curves and surface were made even smoother.

The slider has been heavily modified to fix some alignments issues and accuracy measurements, current model should be able to withestand much higher side forces and a bit smoother on tracks, still is being tested on servers and singleplayer sessions.
