1.27 update adjustments

FIXED: Barrel Grill not being able to close after 1.27 Update

Adding the new Barrel Grill and parts for it..

Types file has been updated in the mods info folder.

Added:

> Acoustic Guitar
> Survival Guitar Backpack

**** types.xml file has been updated in the mods info folder*****

Adding:

> improved 9v Battery (should last a little longer than the vanilla 9v)
> paperclip
> makeshift 9v lighter

adjustments:

> the crafted sharpening stone now only has 25% health when crafted instead of full so less OP.
> Lowered Durability of the Pipe Suppressor as to not be too OP and last longer than a normal one.

Recipe for the Makeshift 9v lighter:

Paperclip + twk 9v battery = makeshift 9v lighter

***Types have been updated and are in the types folder in the mod folder***

just an update in hopes to force the meta.cpp to work properly when generated.
