added a clientside list of weapons you can put if you want thirdperson for them

countersword range lowered, nerfed m2's delays
added taunts for alot more weapons
dragon nerfed, slower animations and huge cooldown penalty for grapple
older weapons (such as claymore,thrine blades, vital claw, countersword, etc) does not freeze the player anymore

some other large changes i dont remember

new melee: sigma blade remake
renamed claymore reworked to claymore remake for consistency
fixed vital claw's hitboxes and plasma sword's shockwaves
documented counter sword remake's double slam
fixed counter sword remake's secondary shockwave being too far up
fixed counter sword remake's counters not dealing correct scale of damage

new options related to hitboxes, related to heavy-attack delays, some balancing

added new sound files, perhaps

new maniac breakdown, beast can unlock all his abilities with a specific key combination (w+a+s+d+shift+space)

both of these can be disabled/reverted in the admin options menu

beast's groundspike now stuns for 3.4 seconds
added new options at the bottom that deal with any grapple damage that deals negative damage (i.e beast's consume)
