+fixed enforcer leg glowing

added Trench Paramedic, Savior of the People, Heavy Marksman, and Eradicator.

I fixed the cape layer masks, so I can make some custom capes similiar to the game, but they do not come with every detail sadly.

They don't have correct Bumpmaps yet, but they do have customized capes,
and fixed ragdolls, C_hands will come after I finish the entire collection.
The next 3-4 models will come soon.
