Hotfix

Since there is some time before the next major update, which would result in too long of an interval between updates, I'm releasing this small hotfix version to address some bugs that directly affected the gameplay experience:

- Fixed the issue where Justice Unveiled would scale critical damage to 1.
- Completed missing English localization.
- Fixed the issue where The Last Mourning could not properly use right-click attacks.
- Fixed the issue where Shadecrystal Barrage had no cooldown.
