* Grenades launched by Grenade Launcher now explode 1 second after being launched instead of on impact
* Plasma Rifle Energy Pellet launch velocity reduced 1500 -> 1000
* Plasma Rifle secondary fire knockback velocity increased 768 -> 896
* Slightly changed Plasma Rifle and Railgun's behavior when running out of ammo
* New Gamemode: Tag Hunt (not in any playlist by default)
* Tags spawn randomly throughout the map. Collect them to score points. Only Plasma Rifle, Rocket Launcher and Grenade Launcher are available. No self damage from explosions. Use your arsenal to your advantage.

- no longer supress '!help' on server

- updated gun game to actually have the new weapons (i forgor, lmao)

- Removed default sandbox functionality related to player damage (god mode and no pvp)
- Removed sandbox tips

balance adjustments for new stuff + added zoom to grenade launcher (forgot to do it)
