More patches in celebration of ver.0.0.100, should probs rename each version. Added the nervespur stimulant which reduces stun.

More patches, added 4 new hats: Welding mask, Hardhat, Propeller cap and Salvaged light helmet. Added more (garbage) armor to the scavengers, made the tactical body armor identical stat-wise to the insurrectionist one, and now it protects all limbs. Increased autocannon penetration.
