- Added secure cabinet for id_captain,id_medical under the genetics fab and marked as genetic storage.
- Added id_captain to secure armoury storage and toxin cabinet.

- Simplified lighting in vertical passageways.
- Fixed LoS bugs around lower airlocks.
- A few minor cosmetic fixes like sprite depths and hull/shell alignment.
