Fixes / Other Changes
+ Added extra impact to powerful hits, and made hits in general feel better with a custom shaky hitpause effect
+ Fixed DSpecial grab not always properly changing ownership of certain articles
+ Improved some DSpecial things about certain specific cases with low friction and/or high speed. The walk animation will only play if the player is actually holding left/right, and if sliding backwards too fast the player should be able to accelerate the other direction properly

+ Upgraded the code used for size-changing! Characters no longer need custom hurtboxes for this + attack hurtboxes and such will change to match now
It's not 100% perfect due to some Rivals limitations, but it's the closest we can get (credit to DonGT for messing with it though)

+ Made first coin speed boost apply at 5+ coins, rather than 6+
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Toadette's total coins now briefly show above her current stack after getting a coin, allowing you to see her total as well
+ Other characters outside KoB can now be compatible with the size-changing mushrooms! Simply add 'toad_mushrooms_work' and it should work (assuming your character uses small_sprites)
+ Toadette can now calculate hitbox size and strength for opponents when they grab a mushroom, to avoid requiring code on the other character. To be exempt from this, use 'toad_mushrooms_ignore_moves'
+ size_id now resets when a mushroom powerup runs out (mostly just to avoid unnecessary code running on other characters)
