Add notification when you try to target a non-taunting enemy when a taunting enemy is present.

Detailed intents now bob up and down with their associated intents.

Waterlogged cards now say what Damp is.

Kyogre enemy now shows what Drowning is.

Fix bug getting forced into a different room cause crash.

Fix Rainbow Badge making you unable to obtain Quick Claw.
