tweak update 3-4:
fixed the orientations and positions of the bfg9k rocket launcher and plasmagun combined.

new update 3:

"removed" the chainsaw's looping attack with no noise instead cuz' i personally felt that it would take a bit too much coding to simply add a looping system for now; also added in a muzzle flash for the rocket launcher at the moment and fixed it's firerate!
