+ Fixed Kart never coming back if you are on a platform (should only apply to specific platforms like Toad block now)
+ Fixed Toad getting stuck if Kart was parried while he was invincible. Also added a failsafe just in case the vehicle disappears for any reason
+ Fixed Kart getting stuck on the mid-point between solid ground and platform on certain stages that connect the two (it's still janky because rivals, but at least it doesn't get stuck anymore)
+ Added more Miiverse posts

Buffs
+ Due to the Kart hitbox changes, leaving it on the ground is much safer
Nerfs
- Kart is a bit more limited when using it vs opponents due to the hitbox changes
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Kart no longer has a hitbox as often when no one is driving it. It still has one when grabbed or pocketed, if you drive it and jump off while it's still moving, etc. So throwing it with DSpecial is still a strategy, but Kart is a bit less chaotic now
+ Rotten Mushroom is smarter now and can drop through platforms if above you, try jump over walls, and hop down small ledges
+ Fixed an issue with Freeze status
+ Added more Miiverse posts
+ Fixed some misc stuff

Fixes / Other Changes
+ Mushrooms now work with almost all characters! Characters should now be able to change size regardless of small_sprites (you can still set 'toad_mushrooms_work' to false if you for some reason dont want mushrooms to work, though)
+ Fixed a bug where characters changing size with a mushroom wouldn't have all their hitboxes reset sometimes
+ Made the AI much better, giving it custom code for detecting incoming attacks and projectiles. This allow it to dodge/parry much more effectively in many cases
+ Added 1 more Miiverse post
+ Fixed anti-cheapie a bit (should be less strict, to hopefully have it trigger less on accident)

+ Powerups that don't go to Toad automatically will now stay a bit longer on whiff, to make it easier for Toad (and opponents) to react to them and reach them (as before it was accidentally a very short window of time to do it)

Nerfs
- Most powerups no longer go to Toad automatically, unless he hits an opponent first (this does have the added benefit of giving Toad more control of which powerups he wants, though)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Characters exiting the Kart with Special is now a tap input instead of a hold, which should make it harder to jump out immediately by accident
+ Similar to the above, holding down to enter Kart has a smaller range, and cooldown to re-enter Kart is a bit longer. This makes downwards inputs (and other actions briefly after exiting) easier without accidentally entering the Kart
+ Fixed some more size-change code again, to hopefully prevent further desyncs online when an opponent uses mushrooms
