--Undercities are no longer destroyed when the city above them is razed. HOWEVER, while there is no one to steal from in the city above, the undercity will have VERY limited utility while still costing you resources.
--The DOOOOM ritual that grants an undercity-granting engineer has had its cooldown reduced to 20 turns (from 30).
