Support multiple guaranteed weapons

guaranteed_items will support weapons.

Use Guide Menu to look at the weapons real id (to identify tier), weapons are not as same as items.

If you find your custom guaranteed_items has text like WEAPON_DRILL_4, it's not problem because weapons are different from items, weapons don't have all their ids translation.

Added support for weapons stats.

Which means you can diy your own turrets , baby effect, cyber ball and even fruit trees of QMtato !

1. No longer need content-loader as dependency.

2. All resources used by Brolab are converted to lazy-load, it means Brolab will have more compatibility.
