Fixed crash caused by new version of Brotato.

You need to click "Apply" button to apply your effect before you want to add the modded effect (The new version Brotato will crash when you typed wrong key).

Added control over lock or unlock items (locked items won't be added to the items poll).

This is used to create some starting items at wave or characters' own items.

Added a refresh button in the Brolab editor.

Now you can could see Brolab DIY items and characters in the Base Selection (NOT EDITABLE), this will help you to find item_id.

Added an optional feature that allows you to see a virtual character (NOT PLAYABLE) in the character panel that contains some unique mechanics.
