Fixed a bug with the new disabled alarms for anyone with banpermission.

Added an alarm disable for anyone who is an admin. So anyone with ban permission gets ignored by default. There is a command to turn it off.

Also updated the logo.

Added a toggle for detonator detection. Type "ag toggle detonators" to turn it on or off.

Fixed the remove command.

Simplified the way message filtering works. This version is much cleaner.

Under the hood refactor. Cleaned up globals into a single global called AntiGrief. Breathing devices now get checked by tag for futureproofing. Changed the way the alarm works so it can now function even if you are dead or spectating.

Fixed another typo on client id. Reset the settings.
