-Reduced Knockback scaling.

-fixed missing hurtbox

-removed the Sandbert hurtbox jump scare and replaced with proper hurtbox.

-Increase hitbox size with larger hit particles. Possibly have wider area of sour spots.
-Add attached snowflake enhanced attack that places a snowflake similar to Bair

-Changed knockback angle from 80 to 60.
