Notes
- Succ - Noted that sometimes puppet doesn't reset on death. Added a manual override to the state to hopefully fix this.
- DarkDarkari - Fixed an issue where if you are while controlling the ghost with nspecial and the puppet is moving it won't stop moving essentially making it go too far offstage to be used since there's also no summon back option.
- JPEG - Fixed an issue where Fspecial would keep teleporting to the puppet after hitting it once.
- JPEG - Changed Bair 2 sound effect from sfx_blow_weak1 to sfx_blow_medium2 (Forgot to change it during development.)
