Edited the unit card for variant 4

Massively reduced the hitpoints increase from giving him a warhorse

Largely converted armour piercing damage into base weapon damage and removed the armour piercing trait

Removed the strategist trait from appearing on the hero, as its relatively useless on heroes

Slightly buffed some of the traits and skills
