Made the events more likely to pop.

Updated so it recognizes it's up to date with the latest ck3 update (stupid modder stuff)

Fixed on_actions so events should fire properly. Updated to latest game version.

Added the event 'Two Kinds of Days' as well as major bug and error fixes. Should works loads better now.
