- Fixed a stubborn vanilla hallway that would spawn with manual doors.

- Began waypoint and door restructuring. It appears that bots will refuse to waypoint through a door that does not have buttons if that door is closed, even if it is an automatic door. This will take a bit of time to finalize on, but you will see the results immediately as I finish each module.
