- added cooldowns to some abilities
- adjusted burn bar text slightly (cooldown text for certain abilities is now visible on the other side of the bar)
- removed fire effect when burning (it was incredibly buggy)
- outline now changes to your player color when burning if alt color is selected
- toaster FINALLY appears in up special
- nerfed dair slightly and again nerfed fstrong
- and more i probably forgot

- nerfed almost all the moves (in terms of damage)
