A new update! Features:
1) A truly massive Slug Girl MT and Slug Queen MT after completing a formable mission. Features many flavour events, unique decisions and lots of fun experience, big thanks to @cristhiang for all the work put into this nation!
2) Land Dweller Queen became a Slug Queen and gained a new flag as well as new ideas. Old ideas are now called High Land Dweller ideas and can be adopted by other non-slugs via generic mission tree.
3) Removed firing event with race introduction. Instead of it there is a cheerful omnipresent White Rabbit. She can be called through a decision and she provides help on all the racial ideas, religions, nations with MTs, estates and other tutorial questions.
4) A few minor and important bugfixes like changing 1 tradenode/tradecompany placement, fixing bug with province modifiers from government reforms not working properly, rebels for new religions, Administrator Strait sea tile bug and maybe something else I forgot.
5) Nerfed Rogue Magicraft and Hiruko's buffs. Buffed Tanuki ideas. (anyone noticed they exist?). Added new generals for Spider Princess and Vampire Queen with unique traits.
6) Added many new cultures from Part 3 from Monster and Angel World in preparation of inevitable introduction of those two parallel worlds into the game. Chimera culture has been split into many and Trilobite Apoptosis are now Alraunes.
7) Changed picture of Grandeur Bazaar.

First in the new year update! Features:
1) Few bugfixes to estate agendas and mission tree rewards (local development cost instead of global for Hellgondo Shrine region).
2) Started working on the new government reforms, currently Tier 2-7 for monarchies and a few common tiers like military doctrine or religious stance are implemented. In total 45 reforms. They mostly depend on your religion, primary culture, picked racial/vanilla idea groups, available estates or combinations of those.
3) Added a few new religions: Ice and Lightning religions for the sake of representation of all the RPG editor main elements (Ice religion for Polar Bears, Ice Witches and similar monster girls. Lightning for Kirin Girls); Guardian Butterfly religion representing the fairies of the Fairy Island Center, worshipping Cosmos; Rogue Magicraft - religion from the Science group exclusive to Kagetsumugi with slightly different places of research interest and bonuses; Eden Resistance, a fervor-using religion of angels from the Monster World (currently not used).
4) Added new mechanics for Angel Dominion and Monster World religions. Angel World Ilias is similar to the current Monster Lord Worship with different faith actions representing the Seven Archangels, Dark Goddess worship uses icons and Patriarch Authority+a few funny events related to the Six Ancestors. At the beginning of the Age of Decision an event will fire offering a player to choose between the angels and monsters allowing to pick one of those religions to follow or refuse both. Some religions like Guardian Butterfly, Chaos or Science religion group CAN NOT pick any side. Those who already follow Angel Ilias or Dark Goddess cannot choose their counterpart (Hello San Ilia's last mission!).
5) Changed vanilla music to MGQ:Paradox! songs.

Second major update for Monster Girl Universalis!
1.2 Monster Lord Cruelty new features:
1) Added a MT for Enrika featuring in total 37 missions and 5 flavour events. MT is covering Ilias Continent, South Pole colonization and comeback to the Heaven aka Snow Continent.
2) Changed Tamamo's MT rewards making it slightly easier to complete the Monster Lord education requirements, especially the last mission. Also minor changes to a few generic MT rewards.
3) Added a massive MT for the Monster Lord Domain covering in total 51 missions and 15 flavour events (a pair of those fire for another nations after Monster Lord completes a mission). Starting from consolidation of the Hellgondo mostly through vassalization events, Monster Lord missions follow agressive outside expansion in all directions against major human nations, conquests in Sentora and reliable alliances with Monster Queens!
4) Elves and Fairies are now two separate tech groups just like Undead and Ghosts. They got their respective generic MTs. Fairy, Ghost and *Giant* idea groups are available for pick and racial integration. *Completing Vampire ideas now give early Imperialism and Nationalism casus belli after any technologu reaching level 18.*
5) Split Elf Queen nation to Elf and Fairy Queens, historical friends allied to each other. Added 2 great projects for Monster Lord area.
6) Elemental religion aspects and Yamatai main shrines can be changed with a decision every 10 years in exchange for a penalty modifier.
7) Added a MT for Roach Tower totalling 25 missions and 1 flavour event. Conquest covers mainly the surrounidng areas across the sea on Natalia, Safina and Ilias Continents.
8) Added a MT for Sheep Island, a very special dish for true playing tall connoisseurs. Features 23 missions out of which 11 have requirements or rewards involding building buildings, having local modifiers, expanding infrastructure and developing a single capital province. Added 2 new government reforms for Sheep Island - starting reform having ridiculous bonus for improving relations and smaller interest per annum but *CAN NOT declare war*. Second reform is fixed to the empire rank and has a massive colonial focus. Player can get it after completing a plethora of missions building everything possible in the capital and deving it up to 80 or 90 dev. Can get permanent claims on Finoa, Natalia, The Navy and Iliasburg.
9) Added unique ruler and government names for a few nations like Monster Lord, Goddes Ilias, Apoptosis nations, Puppeteer Tower, 4 spirits and some others.
10) Kagetsumugi is now Immortal.

1) Finished MT for Tamamo (Kitsune Village), totalling 45 missions.
2) A few flavour events and Tamamo's education of Monster Lords.
3) A few privileges for Tamamo, Sylph and Gnome.

First major update for Monster Girl Universalis!
1.1 Whispers of the Tartarus new features:
1) Added sea regions and lots of sea tiles (thanks to Aurelia!) making ocean much livelier.
2) Added some new nations in the Great Ocean and the 2 existing releaseables in San Ilia start as vassals. Watch out, seas to the east of Navy are being terrorized by Gloria Pirates!
3) Added generic MTs for all the remaining races.
4) Added new tradenodes and some impassables (thanks to Aurelia!).
5) New Apoptosis nations in Hellgondo and Tartarus formables. Uniting the Tartarus region now allows to "assimilate" all the present races, allowing to take the respective racial ideas. nations in Hellgondo Tartarus have a countermeasure device to shield themselves from the Monster Lord. Albeit gameplay will prove to be challenging, if you like fighting bosses you should give Hellgondo Tartarus a try!
6) Slightly buffed government reform to give a flat income increase for Apoptosis Realm. High ranking Apoptosis receives a new government reform.
7) A new estate for Apoptosis nations. Depending on the accepthed cultures the Apoptosis can take modifiers from other national ideas, some of them are cheaper and some are more costly. For each existing in outworld Apoptosis culture there are 3 Tiers in total.
8) Decisions to form human nations now switch you to the respective reform and monarchy government type (decision Form San Ilia makes you a theocracy).

A mini-update! What's new:
1) Added generic missions for Dragons, Scyllas, Humans and Vampires.
2) Changed culture and tech group of Undine and Salamander to slime and dragon respectively.
3) Slightly changed cultures in Tower of Magic to represent mercenaries and added 2 releasable nations in San Ilia.
4) Fixed localization issue for racial integration at a reduced cost and added it government reform description.

An update has dropped! What's new:
1) Added a lot of government reforms for the most of unique nations related to the MGQ PARADOX. Enrika, Tamamo, Ilias, Monster Lord, Mephisto, Roach Queen, Horai, 4 spirits, Fishy Pirates, the Navy, Succubus Village, Scenic Mountain, Snow Heaven, Hellgondo Shrine, all human nations except for Iliasville (even Remina and destroyed villages).
2) For consistency gave Zombie realm to ghoul nations instead of ghost realms and new reform Fairy realm to some fairies in Enrika. And Giant realm to Kyoryuu and Golem nations.
3) Balance changes. Enrika government reform now allows player to integrate races at reduced cost. Slightly nerfed Apoptosis age bonus for the last era, Lich Queen now has Spiritualists estate.
4) Added new agendas for angels and spiritualists.
5) Added new options for "Comet Sighted" event if you follow Seekers of Truth, Chaos faith/are an apoptosis or if you follow Fire religion/are a dragon of sorts. Heirs won't die during hunting accidents if your ruler or an heir is immortal or if you belong to the Monster Lord dynasty.
6) Added a decision to colonize Mithra Castle or Sealed Sinner Prison if a player has enough provinces in a certain region.

Updated current version to 1.37!
A few other changes:
1) Fixed San Ilia bug with investigation progress being set to zero if a player starts first research mission too early. Now the event "Pope's assasination" doesn't set variable to zero.
2) Removed monarchy requirement for Personal Unions.
3) Fixed localization issue with Lamia mission "Invite Lamia Nuns".
4) Added generic missions for Yoma and Demi-Human nations.
5) Buffed Sphynx national ideas.

1) Integrated already existing Haunted Mansion mission tree, big thanks to Lunar Magister!
2) Added second unique mission tree for San Ilia, total size 47 missions, a few events, massive permanent modifiers, new estate privilege and ability to change your religion at some point.
3) Added generic MTs for Dolls, Angels and Lamias and improved ideas for Doll nations and Angel nations (except for Goddess Ilias and Snow Heaven).
4) Slightly changed some MT rewards, Nine-Tailed Kitsune ideas are now obtained after completing the respective mission instead of decision button. Same logic follows improved ideas for Dolls and Angels as those races don't have a "Queen".
5) Puppeteer tower now has second government rank and better NIs from the start.
6) Minor bugfixes and modifier changes, changes to trade goods to make new Lamia missions easier to complete.
