Many major changes. Hopefully fixed the shuttle spawning inside the submarine, fixed some wiring oversights with shuttle batteries and docking, reworked interior spaces. I moved the extra ammo storage to the weapons, moved the depth charge loader to the junction compartment, moved batteries to oxygen, reworked medical, added decorations across the submarine (especially the front), relabeled the ballasts to A and B (front and rear was a bit confusing), and finally sat down and programmed remote control of the shuttle.
