HUGE UPDATE!
* Fixed some inconsistancies with riot helmet code. (Some riot helmets WILL disappear!)
* Added detective zombies.
* Added SWAT content.
* Made item overrides more effective.
* Added ranked outfits to locker loot, and item overrides.
* Increased the amount of loot in the STFR locker loot tables, to account for the ranked outfits.
* Merged the redundant "_bag" police zombie outfits with the standard police zombie outfits.
* Redid the Tandil FD Firefighter jacket, and Tandil FD Firefighter pants textures.
* Added support for KI5's 80kz1000 police motorcycle mod. (This is a one-time occasion, NO OTHER KI5 VEHICLES WILL BE SUPPORTED! For now...)
* Due to a coding miracle, lightbars are fixed!... With a downside: I had to make emitted light for them all white.
* Fixed DuffelBag loot.
* Redid the EMS vehicle liveries.
* Redid the police vehicle liveries.
