Fix:
Unfortunately, the Prime Machines are completely disabled until further notice. Not quite sure what exactly to do about the constant CTD as the hotfix only made things worse. May need an entire rework of them specifically.

Fixes:
Quick and dirty fix for non-spiritualist, individualist machine empires causing a CTD when communicating with the Prime Machine enclave. Special thanks to Nuclearxnova for suggesting a quick solution.

Note: A proper fix for CTDs involving non spiritualist, individualist machine empires will happen eventually. Until then, this quick fix will serve as a placeholder.
