* Primary and secondary fire run off separate timers now, allowing you to boost immediately after a shot and vice versa
* Updated the spawn protection effect, since transparency is broken on some models
* Players are no longer rendered with static lighting, it just looks worse and doesn't help readability

* Improved the look of the timer HUD a bit and reorganized the underlying code
* Autobalance now works in 4 team
* Autobalance now applies on round start, rather than enforcing team limits in warmup. This should allow players to shuffle onto the team they want without hitting the limit, only autobalancing them if required
* Team colors are rendered under the player's feet for playermodels that do not support player colors
* Removed the glow around teammates for performance reasons. Might add this back if it's too confusing.
* Changed the flag icon to something a bit nicer looking
* Fixed a bug that affected how tracer colors were being networked, now pulls the player color directly off the player
* Added a death sound

* Added CTF, enable with sv_ctf 1
* Added sv_flagtimer cvar, controls how long it takes for the flag to return to base
* Added sv_capturelimit cvar, controls how many flag caps will win in CTF mode
* All server CVARs have had CVAR_ARCHIVE removed. You should set these in server.cfg
* gib_scudgehole and gib_snortdortly have had team spawns and flag entities enabled.
