+ Increased the active frames of the strong hit of bair from 3-11
I edited dash attack and tried to make the knockback for the strong hit much more realistic and less insane
I also made the hard to land late hit a combo tool.
Also made fsmash and late hit weaker.
- Decreased the base knockback of fair from 9 - 6
- Decrease the kncokback scaling of fair from .9 to .75
