With the Roads to Power DLC, HRT:COR received a major update. In addition to a lot of code-revision (to increase performance), additional features are implemented:

Hoftag Activity: Gather the princes, bishops, and other high-ranking officials to vote on matters critical to the stability and governance of the Empire.
Imperial Cities are self-governing cities that owe allegiance directly to the Emperor, rather than to a regional lord, granting them significant autonomy and privileges within the Empire.
Historical Coronation Ceremonies for the Basileus of the Easter Roman Empire.
Import of Kingdom of Heaven features: Embrace nepotism and appoint the King of the Romans (Court Position) as your heir-designate. In Romanorum regem electus!
